2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 610/2022 dated 28.12.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 341, 379, 380, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(1), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55794 of 2023(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
