The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that she was married with the petitioner about 15 years back. She spent her life happily and also gave birth to two children. She alleged that her husband began to torture her on account of fact that her husband developed relationship with his own sister-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife. The allegation of demand of dowry and torture is false. Wife was noticed but she did not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3519 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 appear. After 15 years of marriage the complainant filed this case making allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Having considered the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. C1-1101 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
