Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 for the offence under section 406/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are agent in the same district. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the informant and the petitioner are residing in the same locality, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the
