Prayer is allowed. Let alias name of petitioner no.2 be added as Pinki Devi in the bail application in course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 30(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners the petitioners are Bhaisur and his wife and similarly situated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7702 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 accused person, namely, Vinod Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30056 of 2020. Considering the aforesaid fact and for the reasons assigned in the order dated 23.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30056 of 2020, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
