The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.44 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
