For quashing of order dated 22.06.2021 (Annexure- 4) passed in Appeal No. 15 of 2020 by the respondent no. 4, further, for quashing of the order dated 26.08.2021 and its subsequent order(s) passed by the respondent no. 6 (Annexure-5) and for quashing of the order dated 11.05.2023 (Annexure- 6) passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11387 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 respondent no. 4 in Appeal No. 51 of 2021.

(ii). For commanding and directing the concerned respondent to appoint the petitioner afresh and to treat her service as regular since her initial appointment, with all the consequential benefits." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
