ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018 in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing to connect the petitioner with the present occurrence, but only on mere suspicion and on account of village politics, the present petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history and another co-accused Bangali Kumar, whose name has also come on the confessional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46172 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 statement of co-accused, has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.43526 of 2018, vide order dated 20.07.2018.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Arrah, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2018.
