Case No. 11 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420/34 of IPC and Sections 63/65 of the Copyright Act.

Prosecution story is that duplicate Zarda (tobacco) was recovered from the shop of the petitioners. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are ready to abide by any conditions imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
