ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2018 in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.34 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the snatched vehicle was recovered from the road near the main gate of Veer Kunwar Singh University at Ara and there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner was involved in the said occurrence of snatching of the Sumo Victor vehicle. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents and thus he may

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.34 of 2012.
