Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 201, 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is father-in-law, petitioner No.2 is motherin-law, petitioners No.3 and 4 are brother-in-laws and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63463 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 No.5 is sister-in-law of the deceased and they are separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners and thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased who is in custody. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur PS case No. 129/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
