JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer the statutory appeal against the impugned order dated 27.11.2013 before the appropriate authority.

2. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

3. It is made clear that in case such an appeal is filed, the appellate forum would have regard to the present proceeding being pursued by the petitioner while considering the question of condonation of delay.
