Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide order dated 10.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37403 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and especially considering the fact that vide a detailed order dated 10.03.2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and no new ground has been raised in this application for moving

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62376 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 before this Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
