ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2018 in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.118 of 2018 (G.R. No.1688 of 2018) registered for the offence under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the F.I.R. submits that the petitioner is the main accused and he had also lured the girl and taken her away with her small child.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45719 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.
