2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the accused persons including this petitioners armed with weapons started assaulting the informant, her husband and her son. In the meantime, they snatched gold locket, ear-ring and watch from her. It is further alleged that the accused persons abducted the informant's husband on gunpoint.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is a land dispute between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that there is no specific allegation attributed towards the petitioners. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. The victim has not supported anything about the petitioners except petitioner no.3 in his statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. The victim has only stated against the accused persons including the petitioner no.3 of taking away him and after 4/5 days, they left him free. The petitioners have two criminal antecedents as has been stated in Para-3 of the present anticipatory bail petition. There is no independent or eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the co-accused Banti Kumar has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60719 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49281 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 3/3 before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
