2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 343 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 115 (2), 118 (1), 109, 132, 324 (4), 352, 351 (2), 223 and 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. According to the allegation, at the time of immersion of effigy of Goddess Kali, the persons involved in procession used unparliamentary language and also misbehaved with the members of the administration. They also assaulted the police personnel. Some of them became injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. None has suffered any kind of injury and some other co-accused persons, on the exactly similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, District- Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 343 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
