JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others stopped the truck of the informant and snatched Rs. 1100/- and demanded Rs. 25,000/- and also assaulted the informant as a result of which informant sustained injury. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, the informant dashed his truck with the vehicle of the petitioner and when the petitioner demanded damage, the police in collusion with the informant of this case lodged this false case against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 28.10.2014 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
