2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.12.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2017 arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 for the offence alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120b, 121A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of U.A.P. Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 09.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 37621 of 2018.

3. Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing two years in jail custody.
