2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 175/2025 dated 11.04.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 317(4) and 317(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 11.04.2025, the informant with other members of the raiding team got a secret information that the co-accused Sonu Kumar has kept two stolen motorcycles at his home and was about to sell them. On this information, they raided at the house of Sonu Kumar and he was apprehended and from there two motorcycles were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49619 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 recovered. The co-accused Sonu Kumar disclosed that he has stolen the said motorcycles with help of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners have seven antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 13.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 175/2025, with the condition ;- (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.
