Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 of the I.P.C and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

Accusations are of making assault, abusing by calling witch and trying to administer human soil. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are agnates of the complainant and for the occurrence of 08.03.2013 the complaint was filed on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1052 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 20.03.2013.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the complaint, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Complaint Case No. 775 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
