2. Petitioner, Krishna Kumar Gupta seeks a direction to be issued to respondent nos. 1 to 5 to conduct the investigation of Maniyari P. S. Case No. 74 of 2013 in a fair and impartial manner.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.77 of 2015 dt.14-09-2015 2/2 The further prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to arrest the FIR named accused persons of the aforesaid police case.
3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the instant writ application is misconceived. The investigation of the case has been completed and a final report has already been submitted to the Court finding the accusation made against the accused persons named in the FIR to be false.
4. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in this case. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
