JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 A cost of Rs.15,000/- is awarded on the Vice Chancellor of the University, which will be payable jointly by the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar to the petitioner from their pocket and not from the University fund. The retiree is of the year 2008. She moved the High Court in June, 2016 and till November, 2017 there is neither instruction nor counter affidavit filed.
The Vice Chancellor is directed to take a decision, pay the rightful dues of the petitioner within a period of three months or else he will be personally liable. This order is passed because of total lack of assistance and failure to take a decision on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9512 of 2016(5) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 dispute so raised and they have to be punished for their inaction and casual approach to the litigation before the Court. This writ application is disposed off with above observation and direction.
