2. This is an application for transfer of the Matrimonial Case no. 81 of 2022 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur.
3. Pursuant to the notice issued on 19.07.2024 while granting stay in Matrimonial Case no. 81 of 2022, as per the office note dated 04.09.2024 the sole Opposite Party has appeared through Vakalatnama. Today, there is no appearance.
4. The lady has assigned the reasons in paragraphs 11 and 12 of the petition which read as follows:- "11. That the Petitioner has strong doubt if she goes to Jehanabad court, her life is in danger.

12. That the petitioner's parents reside in Koilwar (Ara) and they are old persons therefore, she is not able to go along at Jehanabad so, she could not appear in the said Matrimonial case.
5. In that background, granting permission to the parties to appear either physically or through video conferencing, the files of Matrimonial Case no. 81 of 2022 is transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.
6. Accordingly, the M.J.C. No. 1722 of 2022 is allowed.
