The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons armed with Lathi, Danda and Garasa entered into the house of the informant and assaulted with sword on the head of the informant. Subsequently, the nephew and family members of the informant were also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute, accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2096 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2 / 2 Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the doctor has found some injuries to be grievous, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
