2. The present writ petition has been filed:

in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent mainly Respondent No. 4 to pay the enhanced compensation rate for the land acquired by the Govt. for the purpose of construction from PatnaAra-Sasaram (Road No. 119).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation given to the respondent no. 4, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur at Ara has still not been decided.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner may file a fresh representation.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents in next four weeks.

6. If the said petition is preferred within the time frame as undertaken by the petitioner, it shall be decided preferably by 31st March, 2026.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
