The petitioner has been in custody since 12.05.2018 in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 138/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/400/402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code Section 25(1-B)a 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were made of only one live cartridge, one mobile phone and rupees five hundred cash and that the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
