2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Memo No.548 by the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad.

3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised

Patna High Court CWJC No.15330 of 2019(6) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 preliminary objection and submits that the order of D.P.O. is challengeable before the Appellate Authority under the relevant Guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has agreed for the same.

5. As such, this Court hereby disposed off the present writ petition directing the petitioner to avail remedy challenging the order of D.P.O. before the appropriate forum (Appellate Authority) under the relevant Guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika within 30 days from today. It is directed to the said Authority to hear the appeal of the petitioner within 90 days from the date of filing of the same. The said 90 days shall be counted from the date of completion of appearance of all concerned.

6. Delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby directed to be condoned.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
