The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 504, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The injury report, was called for by this court from the PMCH, has since been received.

After perusing the injury report sent from the PMCH, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the nature of injuries and the allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4023 of 2015 (5) dt.10-09-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
