JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.63 of 2018, a case under Sections 302/307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that co-accused Akhilesh Rai and Bittu Rai assaulted with iron rod, which caused death of the daughter-in-law of the informant. The petitioners are named in the FIR. The allegation is general and omnibus of commission of assault against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43973 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tariyani Police Station Case No.63 of 2018, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
