The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.244 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323/34, 354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application and has been granted regular bail. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
