In view of the Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, let the relevant P.S. Case number be read as Jhajha P.S. Case No. 153/2021.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 153/2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

For the death of one Kundan and Guriya, who had married against the wishes of their respective parents, an U.D. Case was registered at the instance of the father

During the course of investigation, the complicity of the petitioner surfaced. The petitioner happens to be the co-villager of the boy who was also found dead. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was no opposition of the petitioner in the marriage of the two deceased persons.

The father of the girl has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2022. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S.
