The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that all the F.IR named accused persons including the petitioner came at the door of the informant and started assaulting the father of the informant. It is specifically alleged against co-accused Harakh Yadav that he assaulted with iron rod to the father of the informant who sustained grievous injuries.

No.61159 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and for the alleged occurrence of 23.01.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 28.01.2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahampur (Chakki O.P) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
