JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant, his father and brother and taking away Rs. 1,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of assault is against Nagendra Sahni and Ashok Sahni when the petitioner is alleged to have taken out Rs. 1,000/- from the pocket of the informant and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

No.1443 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Saidpur P.S. Case No. 406 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
