2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87 and 96 of the B.N.S.,

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by Amit Kumar and Mantu Kumar. It has further come that the dead body of the deceased was recovered.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the course of investigation, on the basis of the confessional statement of Amit Kumar, name of Bittu Kumar (petitioner no. 1) has surfaced. From the perusal of the confessional statement of Amit, it transpires that on 23.05.2025, Amit had gone to meet the minor daughter of the informant on a bike which was being driven by Bittu Kumar (Petitioner No. 1). In the confessional statement, Amit Kumar has stated that in the morning, when he opened his WhatsApp chat, he found a message from the victim stating that she was going to end her life.
He also submits that the only allegation against the petitioner namely, Bittu Kumar, is that he was driving the bike, whereas the petitioner, namely Mantu Kumar, is the owner of the said bike.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the informant is present and she has stated that admittedly the only allegation against petitioner namely, Bittu Kumar is that he was driving the said bike. Main thrust of allegation is against Amit.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners namely, Bittu Kumar and Mantu Kumar on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S.
