23-04-2015 Sri Arbind Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP-1, submits that the present writ petition pertains to mutation dispute and he makes a prayer for referring the matter to the Tribunal, constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
