2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the Water and Land Management Institute submits at the bar that the issue raised before this Court has already been set at rest by Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Lakshman Kishore & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. and other analogous cases bearing C.W.J.C. Nos. 17738 of 2019 and 17772 of 2019. The order passed by the learned Single Judge has also been affirmed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 107 of 2022 vide order dated 03.07.2024.
3. Adverting to the aforesaid facts, learned Advocate for the WALMI contended that since the issue has already been set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court, the claim of the
6/6 petitioner is found to be unsustainable.
4. Considering the fact that the issue has already been set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court, this Court left with no option, but to dismiss the writ petition.
5. The writ petition stands closed in view of the aforenoted decisions of this Court.
