The prayer is for directing the respondent to ensure embankment over the 'Sone River' at Koilwar for flood control which has been encroached for construction of illegal road for lifting of the sand by the illegal miners. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during "Samadhan Yatra of Hon'ble the Chief Minister, Bihar", the State Administration had taken note of the same and accordingly there is a report dated 3.3.2023 of the Assistant Engineer as also the Junior Engineer of Flood Control Sub-division-II, Bihia, Bhojpur to this effect. He as such submits that in the changed circumstance, taking into account the said inspection report, he may be permitted to prefer a comprehensive representation before the concerned respondent authority so that the grievance of the local people stand redressed. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to move before the respondent authorities to file representation in line with the inspection report dated 3.3.2023 by the Assistant Engineer, as stated above.
