JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.9.2015, seeks bail in Buxar (I) PS Case No. 172 of 2014, S.Tr. No. 108 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation is that the informant's husband was killed by fire arms by two unknown motorcycle borne criminals at the village temple. Suspicion is raised that agnates of the informant in association with others have killed her husband due to land dispute and during investigation it was revealed that the petitioner and Krishna Yadav shot at the deceased.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was disclosed in the confessional statement of co-accused. The learned Counsel further submits that the trial is also likely to be concluded within a month as all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Having considered aforesaid facts and circumstances and the petitioner carries large number of antecedents precisely twenty-six in number of serious nature so his prayer for bail is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
