This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 410 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1894 of 2017 for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code .

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the only material transpired against the petitioner is disclosure of his name by one Roshan Kumar and even in the CCTV footage, the image of the petitioner was not found and other co-accused Anil Yadav has been admitted to bail by the coordinate bench of this court and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
