Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Allegation is against FIR named accused persons of commission of firearm injury. No such specific allegation is against the unknown person.

Submission is that co-accused-Vikash Mahto @ Vikash Mehta @ Vikash Kumar Verma @ Dablu Kumar, standing on similar footing, has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47164 of 2018 (2) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amba Police Station Case No.63 of 2013, S.Tr.No.120 of 2018/ 323 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
