JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torture and performing second marriage by the husband of the informant. It is alleged that husband of the informant performed second marriage with the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner never performed marriage with the husband of the informant. Rather, the sister of the petitioner was married with the brother of the informant and due to matrimonial dispute the present case has been lodged.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on
