1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being for a direction to the Respondent no.4 to dispose of the encroachment proceeding which is pending since long at the land consisting Thana No.
606, Khata No. 122, Kheshra No. 640 of Public Land which has been encroached by the private respondent causing hindrance to the general people."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle
Patna High Court CWJC No.11327 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Officer, Ram Nagar, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
