JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners sought accommodation for a few cases when the matter was called. On repeat call after several cases none is present on behalf of the petitioner though learned counsel for the OP No. 2 is present.

2. Learned counsel for the OP No. 2 submits that the bail petition has become infructuous as the bail bonds of the accused persons have been cancelled by the learned trial Court in terms of its order dated 20.08.2015.

3. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petitions stands dismissed.
