====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have filed this petition for restoration of CWJC No. 13748 of 2005 which was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 30.08.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner received a letter purported to have been sent by Assistant Registrar, High Court but on enquiry it transpired that Shri Uday Shanker Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, had sent letter to the petitioners. The petitioners asked him to give no objection certificate but the erstwhile learned counsel refused to give no objection certificate but it appears from the order dated 30.08.2016 that learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and on his instruction the writ petition was dismissed as not pressed. I do not find any reason to restore CWJC No. 13748 of 2005. Accordingly, this MJC petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
