JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 The aforesaid two petitions have been filed seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.268/22/146/2022, arising out of Khudwa P.S. Case No.62 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 320, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53527 of 2023(3) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 dated 08.12.2023, a report dated 16.12.2023 has been sent by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-X, Aurangabad, which forms part of the records of the second case, wherein it has been stated that after completion of evidence of prosecution as well as defence, the case records have been fixed for arguments and it is expected that the conclusion of the trial would take further two months.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners of the aforesaid two cases submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to renew their prayer for bail before the learned Trial Court itself, in case the trial is not concluded, within a period of three months from today. Liberty so sought is granted.

The aforesaid two petitions stand disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
