ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018 in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.509 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 366, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been implicated in this case, he has nothing to do with the case and there being love affair between the victim girl and the petitioner's son Navneet. The only reason for which the petitioner has been implicated is that the petitioner happens to be the father of the said Navneet. Furthermore, the victim girl in her statement under Section 164

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47018 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Cr.P.C. has stated that no one had kidnapped her, rather she had gone on her own sweet-will.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.509 of 2016.
