Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.83672 of 2019 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted bail on 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.83672 of 2019, but due to lockdown, the petitioners could not surrender and furnish their bail bonds within the time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9441 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioners be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Gaya. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 13.02.2020 as it is.
