Writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution. It is also noticed that the college in question did not have any recognition from N.C.T.E. The position is even certified by the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court. That be so, it surely merits consideration whether any recognition granted subsequently to the institution can co-relate to the earlier period when these persons had pursued their studies without any recognition.
