2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b)II (B) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.

3. As per the allegation, 2.02 Kg of ganja was recovered from the dickey of motorcycle driven by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 14.04.2024. His further submission is that the recovered ganja is much less than the commercial quantity.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Saharsha in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 but the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted after a period of five months from today, subject to the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
