The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the petitioner along with her husband and son were made accused for assaulting the informant's wife. He further submits that the husband of the petitioner, namely, Yogendra Sharma, and Bipin Sharma, have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47799 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018.
