Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith others miscreants have looted cash of Rs. 12,700/- and motorcycle from the informant at the gun point. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty
